Fort Park Property Management and Real Estate are a team of experienced real estate investors and managers. We provide property management and strata management services, and are licensed realtors. We work across the Greater Vancouver area in Vancouver, West Vancouver, North Vancouver, Richmond, Burnaby, New Westminster, Port Moody and Coquitlam.
Proper management can mean all the difference between a good and a bad investment. We have been real estate investors for over 15 years, self managing our own properties in Alberta and B.C. This extensive, hands-on experience has given us good insight into the frustrations that rental property owners can go through.
Our approach to strata management is no different than our approach to rental property management. At the end of the day, it's all about communication. We believe in being 100% accountable to our Strata owners and strata council members, and if you're not completely satised with the results that you're achieving, then neither are we.
