It is rare, very rare, that I write negative review of any service provider. In this case, I feel compelled. We were referred to this firm by a trusted provider, and first encounters were very positive, Mr. Jones was friendly, responsive early on, and provided some guidance at charge.
As the relationship progressed, we experienced long to non-responsive lag times between emails. Emails that provided important context were lost, miss-understandings resulted, and in the path of working it out we felt totally dismissed. There was such a lack of understanding, we wonder how much of the correspondence
