Established by Dr. Davidson, Adjusted For Life Chiropractic Health Centre has been helping Calgarians lead healthy, active lives since 1982. For years, our practice has successfully helped numerous families through quality chiropractic care and other natural health modalities, and we remain steadfast in continuing to do so today.
Chiropractic care is a holistic approach to keeping your spine and nervous system healthy, allowing your body to communicate as effectively as possible. Dr. Davidson aims to remove barriers for proper movement in the body. By identifying misalignments in the spine, he is able to perform specific adjustments that encourage pain relief, increased movement, and more.
Adjusted For Life Chiropractic Health Centre proudly offers massage therapy, which involves the manipulation of the muscles, tendons, ligaments, and other connective tissue of the body. Our licensed massage therapist is not only trained in manual therapy, but she is also trained in remedial exercise and hydrotherapy.
In addition to chiropractic care, Adjusted For Life Chiropractic Health Centre also offers Axial Disc Decompression. As we have seen many of our patients benefit from this treatment, we are passionate about this therapy and what it may have to offer you. Decompression therapy uses a specific table that is designed to apply long axis distraction to either the cervical or lumbar spine.
Adjusted For Life Chiropractic Health Centre believes in the use of various types of care services to ensure well-rounded health. Of the many that therapies that we provide, we proudly offer K-Laser. K-Laser is a Class IV therapeutic laser that is proven to accelerate the healing process by stimulating tissue repair and growth through a system called photobiomodulation.

I visited Dr. Ford Davidson to get adjusted and tuned up. I was seeing him preemptively before an athletic endeavour, he went above and beyond to walk me through all the things I could do to minimize potential injury, as well as treating me to make sure my body could perform at it’s best. Very knowledgeable and thorough, he explained things in a simple way I could understand. Would highly recommend.

Dr. Ford Davidson has been nothing but amazing since I started going there for chiropractor care. I went in with back pain and Ford explained everything thoroughly and has also provided amazing treatment plans! I can’t express how happy I am that I was referred here! All the staff is amazing, they will take great care of you. Not only do they take care of you but they take care of our community too. I think Les is the type of doctor we wish could be our primary care physician.
He is highly intelligent and thoughtful in his practice. What he does - plus the advice he gives for self care - make sense to wield results. He knows when more or less is needed and won’t hesitate to say something if it means better self care. I really value his out of the box thinking and what Tammy and Kerry (his support team) bring to the table. I always feel welcomed and cared for, and that I’m getting the value I need. Adjusted for life is THE BEST when it comes to chiropractic care. My hubby Phil has never felt better. Dr. Les Davidson is a miracle worker, when it comes to Phils back issues no one compares to his work. We highly recommend this clinic, you wont find better anywhere else, my hubby barely walked in the door with with a cane & in crippling pain…..and walked out twirling it with a smile on his face!!!

I had never had a reason until recently to go to a chiropractor and must admit, I was a bit nervous. Dr. Davidson and his team are wonderful. Dr. Davidson asked questions, is a great listener, and a great explainer - all of which calmed me and left me with confidence that I was in good hands. A week later, I am pretty much 100% plus I have been given exercises and information to maintain the health of mine spine. Thank you Dr. Davidson and Adjusted for Life team!

My mother initially started seeing Dr. Les for her painful hip. She had broken her hip and the operation didn’t go well, so a second surgery happened. After that, she had shooting pain down the side of her leg that had been operated on. It just wouldn’t go away with heat or cold packs...nothing.
She went to see Dr. Les as he came highly recommended by a good friend. After the third session, she started to have less pain and more mobility. After several more sessions, she no longer has that pain and she’s walking great again! She no longer see’s Dr. Les on a regular basis as he fixed her

I rolled (literally) into Dr. Les Davidson’s doors when I couldn’t walk at all. I was being treated by a different chiropractor for about two years prior to this and it was the same issue over and over again. I was welcomed by Tammy and Kerry. I dislocated my lower back (spinal cord) - compressional of S1 spinal nerve root. From… the first visit with Dr Les, I knew that he was very knowledgeable, his attention to details is just unbelievable, he wanted to understand everything going on, not just my back. He made it happen! I am a very active person, I play sports

I went to see Dr. Davidson on a recommendation and I have been completely blown away by the service provided at the Adjusted For Life clinic. The ladies up front, Tammy and Kerry, are so warm and welcoming. They always greet you with a smile, which I have not had the pleasure of experiencing at any other medical clinic I have been to before. The office runs smoothly and the team is very rarely behind schedule if ever.

I've been seeing Dr. Les for a few years now. After using Chiropractic for years his knowledge and level of attention to detail stood out. He has some techniques that are different from what I've experienced and are more effective and less strenuous. He is great with my kids when they need a tweak. Staff are also lovely, he guides a solid ship here, great energy, great people.
