My experience here was fraught with unprofessional customer service and distribution issues.
But more importantly, their approach to solving a very expensive and stressful problem (which they created) was, in my opinion, morally repugnant. Avoid wasting sanity and money- shop elsewhere.

I have been doing business with this company for three years. I have found them to be most helpful. I don't always know what to use for a job, and have to ask. If the counter person does not know, they find out.

Keep away from this company! The management of this company has no respect or care for its customers! It is extremely disappointing! Even for product , which can't work for your project they charge 10 - 25% restocking charge . It means , if you are going to return the product , which has been sold by them mistake , and you would like to return it , you will be charged at least 10% from the purchased product price.
