Always attentive and professional. Our whippet/Italian Greyhound has been a patient since he was 12 weeks old. Trustworthy and reasonably priced.

I'm very careful about my pups as they are rescues and have anxiety issues. Dr Barren & Dr Buchanan have been so wonderful and gentle with them. Highly recommend!

My senior dog has received attentive, compassionate care from all the staff at Dundas West. He has had many issues in his later years, and has been well taken care of. Our options are always well laid out and communicated. It is expensive for veterinary care, but it is never a surprise. The many administrative staff, vet techs and doctors we have met have always been extremely professional and pleasant though they are so very busy and dealing with the challenges of a pandemic.

We relied on Dundas West Animal Hospital and held them accountable for the information they gave us, we caught them in a lie and when they didn't take responsibility, we left for good. Dogs needs must be heard and if the specific vet is away on vacation, the organization needs to have measures in place to honor the vets recommendations while she is away. Simply ignoring all the previous advice received and relying that the new vet is "doing what is best" and its not just the fact that you insist on a new hefty invoice, is not what I see as sound advice or good care.

I brought my pup here for treatment of her kennel cough. Outstanding service. They were one of the many vets I called that were willing to squeeze me in to ease my concerns of the symptoms my dog was showing. Dr. Alex was super informative and took the time to really speak with me and address all my questions. The staff also took their time to explain the medication that was prescribed. Unlike other vets where I feel as though the are rushing me out to tend to their next patient, this place offered the complete opposite of that!

I have been bringing my Baby Mindy, to Dr Alex for nine years. We have always been super excited to be a patient. Kimberley B and Dr Thrush (Dentist) are amazing. I always feel anxious when Mindie is not well. But, knowing the staff at Dundas West Animal Hospital are here to take care of her is a blessing.
They are always friendly and treat the pets as if they are their own. I wouldn’t trust Anyone else with my baby. Thank you to all the staff at your clinic.
I know they truly care when I’m walking down the street and the staff recognizes you and come right out of the restaurant to greet

After going with two of other vets in the city and having nothing but bad experiences, I switched over to Dundas West. My first visit with my dog was incredible. They were so organized, kind and actually treated my dog and me well.
Whereas other vets did not call us to discuss my dogs issues, the vet at Dundas West did call me and answer all questions that I had. We really enjoyed it and will be back!

We had originally booked our puppy’s initial vet appointment here. Living across town we did end up finding a different veterinarian closer, however we found them to be “too busy” and rude to us on the phone calls. We ended up picking up our pup 2 weeks early. Dundas west made it happen for us as all other vets were full or booking a month out. Dundas was also full, but stayed Just past 7 to fit our churro in. It’s obvious to me, that this hospital has their priorities in line, and we were so grateful for the experience. Thank you Dundas West we are so happy to call you our hospital for

The lovely people at Dundas West Animal Hospital are the kindest, most conscientious professionals I've ever encountered. When we moved to the neighbourhood our dog was already a senior, and had been partially paralyzed and had to relearn how to walk. So we've seen a lot of vets! And although we had great service from our previous vets, Dundas West is in a class of their own.
Our dog is there *a lot*, whether for arthritis treatment, back problems, sudden allergic reactions that turn her face into a pumpkin*, or any one of the other myriad accidents and illnesses that seem to be her fate. Every
