My first treatment here will definitely have me coming back again. Great, straightforward experience from booking through to the treatment and payment. Even though my benefits didn't run the way they were expected to, settling up was quick and painless.
I was in yesterday for treatment of some painful, stubborn muscle issues. I slept soundly, had great aftercare information, my therapist was present and informative and in treatment found just the right balance between being effective and ensuring the treatment wasn't too intense.
That balance is very subjective, and it's a skill many therapists

If you haven't done any massages before and looking up for your first time experience, this is your place. Reason why I never gone to any spa before is because I'm very sensitive and ticklish. I do my own foot spa so you can imagine how things will go for a massage session. So Kennedy was my therapist that day. I didn't expect at all to be so down and relaxed. I thought I'll be fighting off with her throughout the session but to my surprise, I didn't feel the tickles. I also thought that I'll be so tired and feel like beaten up after the appointment but I did not. All my bad expectations were proven

I highly highly recommend going to see Linda for Manual Osteopath! She is so knowledgeable and a master of her craft. It's very pain free and not harsh like a chiropractor. I learned so much about my body from one session. I left feeling lighter and unrestricted like my body was reset to it's proper functioning state. It helped alot with various injuries and pain I had been dealing with. Very glad I went.

I went to Linda Fok for Massage . She listened fully to all my concerns. Her massages are 5 star ! Not your usual massage, she works in a manual osteopathic style which I found very helpful for my headaches. After you tell her what you need, let her decide how she will treat you, trust she will follow the right path. She has a very nice touch, and is very professional.

They did not show up for appointment the was rescheduled the day before.
I arrived for massage for 12 and waited. I called a couple of times no answer. I left a message at 12:15 i left. When they called to reply no apology or explanation was given.

My husband and I had both come here a few times in the past, but lately their service has just completely changed for the worse. My husband had booked an appointment and had arranged his day so he could go to the appointment, found someone to watch our daughter, drove across the city to make it on time, etc. And when he got there, there was no one there. He tried calling several times and there was no answer. He waited about 20 minutes before finally just leaving. He left a voicemail, and when they finally did call him back, they offered no explanation, no apology, no nothing. So, they have lost

I have received numerous massage treatments from 3 of the therapists at Serenity Now and all 3 have been fantastic. I always get a combination of deep tissue and relaxation massage and each time I went, it was exactly what I wanted with the therapists' unique methods. They were considerate, dynamic, and very professional. I always feel welcome and heard every time I go. I would recommend them!

Holly is top notch in my books. Just went to her for the first time, easily the best massage experience I’ve had. She listened to exactly what my concerns were, and addressed them effectively, keeping in mind my my sensitive areas that she was still able to work through. Never happened before.
You can tell she loves what she does, and takes extreme pride in helping people. It shows in her work. I’ll definitely be back.
