Paul Y. Construction (B.C.) Ltd. is a private company wholly owned by the Tso family based in Hong Kong. The family has been active in civil and building construction and real estate investment and development for over 70 years. Originally founded in Shanghai in the 1940's, the company led by Paul Y. Tso found success by integrating western engineering technology with traditional workmanship.
In 1949, Mr. Tso relocated the company to Hong Kong where Paul Y. 's success continued. In both Hong Kong and Singapore, we built major landmarks including office buildings, hotels, luxury residential apartments, civic facilities and public works.

Services
As one of the first to envisage a cross harbour tunnel to link Hong Kong Island to the Kowloon Peninsula, he recognized it was a logical solution to Hong Kong's traffic problems as the tunnel would be immune from typhoon, shipping, and aviation hazards. Mr. Tso played a key role in organizing the consortium that submitted the tender in 1966 to build the cross harbour tunnel.
