Brought my cat here once for a nail trim. Sent 2 messages to their email about booking another appointment for trim and shots, since they never answer their phone and disabled their voicemail. Its been weeks since the initial email, even sent a message to their fb page which they left on read. These people just ignore you, waste of time, unprofessional and rude

I have been going to this vet decades ago with all my family dogs and cats and just recently my own dog has been deteriorating and I needed to find a place that I felt safe and comfortable with knowing that my dog needed to be put down. So I ended up calling McLean veterinarian to see if I could get my dog Jersey another review of our health after other factors came up with her situation they got me an appointment right away and I did bring her in and I had a lovely doctor Who was very gentle kind felt like she had the best interest in my dog and it just felt like the same place that I went two

I love my Veterinary clinic, all of the staff are very friendly, they can usually squeeze me in if they are tight and I have an emergency, in fact that is the reason I left my former vet, they were always booked up for weeks in advance and never had exceptions.
Their contactless process during COVID has been great.
They also don't try and upsell their services, which I love!!
They have an inhouse pet care plan which is affordable and very useful.

In the event of a pet emergency requiring a Veterinarian, there's an animal hospital on Victoria Park just north of Arncliffe Cres.
Staff can assess the situation but there's an initial fee.
Brace yourself! It could run thousands of dollars and you may have to make a difficult decision.
My friend and I have both been at this crossroad. It's a horrible choice to weigh quality of life of a pet even with treatment verses ability to pay.

Mostly convenient as it is close to my home. Friendly and well educated staff. As with most vets, it can be a bit pricey but nothing out of the ordinary. They have their own pet insurance plan which can help reduce up front costs of expensive dental work, etc. My dog is a rescue with vision impairment, anxiety and is a bit skittish due to his past. Probably not the easiest dog to groom and previous groomers there seemed frustrated dealing with him. However, he has been seeing a particular groomer named Tina there for a number of years. She has been amazing with him and does an awesome job. I don

I was looking for a new Vet in the area since we just moved and this place just stood out from it's photos. It seemed friendly and comfortable rather than sterile and hospital-esque.
My thoughts were confirmed when I arrived. They have a chalk board with your pet's name on it when you walk in the door. The staff attending the front desk are really friendly as well! When i set up the appointment they asked which vet i had been at in the past and they did the legwork to get past records for our cats. The vet was incredibly helpful and good with our cat and she talked for awhile about options. They

I normally wouldn’t take the time to write out a review for this place as they don’t deserve anytime after their negligence to my Boston Terrier. But after seeing they are having their STAFF write reviews to… raise their ratings is DISGUSTING!
Dr. DaCostas negligence killed my Boston. I paid for a vet plan and expected all covered shots to be given and her negligence skipped the Leptospirosis shot and my Boston got Leptospirosis and died at 16 months!!!. When you go to a vet you expect that vet is administering the shots that are suppose to be given.
I spoke to Andrea from the

I spoke with the office manager (who was actually from another location), and reviewed this situation with her. She provided me with some insight, which explained some things... and she also fixed the issues I was having.
Just goes to show, that with some excellent customer care, you can win customers over and bring them back. I have to give them kudos, they have me back as a loyal customer.... thanks McLeans!

The staff are amazing here! So polite and nice! The price of the food I order for my dog is a better price than where I have always gone before so I've switched and now come here. If I forget to ask them to reorder, they always remember to call me and ask if I'd like them to order it. With lots of things going on, they still remember to do the little things which makes a big difference!

I just moved to the area and I took my dog to get an exam with Dr. Cutler. The staff was very welcoming and courteous. They had already phoned his previous vet and obtained his records by the time we had arrived. Nancy, the nurse, brought us in. She was very gentle with my dog and he felt at ease in no time. We saw Dr. Cutler and she was excellent. She listened to all of my concerns and answered each one of my questions. She did mention his dental health but she did not corner me into booking an expensive dental procedure right off the bat, like other vets we have seen. I understand he may need
