The worst experience my family has had to deal with. A six week job turned into 4 months after which we terminated our business with them due to breach of contract, poor workmanship, and lack of professionalism.
The submitted drawing specified a “10” concrete block” within the foundation wall. An eight inch concrete block was used instead.
● The submitted drawing specified a “bituminous damp proofing” within the foundation wall which was not completed.
● The submitted drawings indicated that the new weeping tile would “connect to existing” weeping tile. This was not completed
