For our love of animals and our compassion for people, we strive to provide caring, collaborative and customized care for all. Dr. Rachel Thomas is a graduate of the Ontario Veterinary College. She has a keen interest in both medicine and surgery. She considers it a great privilege to provide care and support for her four-legged patients and their wonderful owners.
To strengthen the bond between our clients, our patients, and ourselves by providing compassionate, collaborative, and customized care every day. Our focus is a nose-to-tail examination and care for your pet during each visit. Once the exam of your pet is completed, we'll go over a wellness plan for your pet from oral health, to diet, parasite prevention and everything in between.
Please feel free to ask for a specific veterinarian or veterinary technician when you schedule your appointment, and we will do everything we can to accommodate your request. We understand the special bond that is formed between our clients and our veterinary staff. However, there may be circumstances that prevent a certain veterinary team member from being available during your pet's visit.
As a new client of Western Animal Clinic in London, Ontario, you can expect our full attention. We are proud to demonstrate what compassionate, personalized, and informative veterinary care can do for your pet! When you arrive for your appointment, you will be greeted warmly, and ushered into a private examination room at the earliest opportunity.

They were very compassionate and helpful when dealing with my ailing cat and I'm sure they will continue to be with my kitten. I wish they were a bit more sensitive of the price of their services sometimes (warn before prescribing, etc.) because not everyone has tons of money for medical treatment but overall they do a great job.

My first visit for my 2 month old kitten and it went really well, the doctor was very kind, very patient, let me ask questions, helped me trim her nails because of my bad eye sight, she was very clear how my kitten was doing and what needed to be worked on, just wish the cost was a little more reasonable but I get it you want great customer service and care you have to pay for it, expectly during a pandemic they were very safe for the staff and me great job keep up the great work

Very kind staff who were amazing with my very scared cat and very helpful. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that we had to wait for 20 minutes in 34 celcius heat because the waiting room was closed. I would recommend this vet though they actually care about the animals they don't just care about taking your money.

I like Western Animal Clinic , staff are amazing, there service is great. I will always go there and I recommend to everyone. When I took my cat to them I was very nervous because of corona virus I couldn't go inside but the doctor called me and spoke to me a bout her from start to finish. I was so comfortable and relaxed.Thank you very much for your service.

Been with them since 1994 and still with them great caring staff and knowledgeable especially with my animals have had in the past and now most times I have kepted them on their toes with interesting issues but they have been fantastic taking their time in listening and helping to resolve our medical conditions.
