North Bluff Animal Hospital is proud to serve the White Rock BC area for everything pet related. Our veterinary clinic and animal hospital is run by Dr. Randy Kaler, who is a licensed, experienced White Rock veterinarian. Our team is committed to educating our clients in how to keep your pets healthy year round, with good nutrition and exercise.
Dr. Manjit Kaler has over 38 years of experience in Veterinary Medicine. He graduated from the Punjab Agricultural University with a Bachelor Degree in Veterinary Medicine in 1976. After 3 years of practicing large animal medicine in Punjab, India, Dr. Kaler made the move to British Columbia in 1979.
Our appointment book is computerized which allows us to efficiently make appointments for you and your pet. Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. Urgent care cases are accepted during business hours. If you feel your pet is in distress, please call us or come to the hospital immediately during business hours.

Sooo happy we listened to a friend and came to this vet.
We moved to south surrey from Richmond about 10 years ago and have been to several vets out this way.
Not the best experiences.
North Bluff animal hospital was an excellent experience . Did not feel pressured to experiment on my cat, quite the opposite! Good old school vet feeling. Great prices aswell.

Very good veterinarian. They take time to explain things very thoroughly and I've never felt rushed, even when I ask lots of questions. They genuinely seem to care about my pets when I've taken them there, whereas I've found other vets somewhat detached from the work they do. They have gone above and beyond to make sure my pets are cared for and that I understand the care they are given. I've also never felt pressured into a service, treatment, medication, etc that seemed unnecessary and if they did recommend something they explained what it was and why they were suggesting it to beyond my satisfaction

Horrendous practice that took our dog away, way too soon. We brought our senior, 16 y/o dog over here for a standard check-up. He passed with flying colors, and the vet prescribed a course of meds for minor issues. After a week of these steroids, our dog started to experience major organ failure. One month later, he passed away in the most painful way possible. The vets here prescribed treatment that was too strong for his frail, senior body - and they weren’t experienced enough to know any better. Always seek a second opinion. I would not even take roadkill to these people.

North Bluff Animal Hospital is a little gem that has staff with huge hearts. Extremely reasonable in cost, plus they followed up with me as soon as my cat was out of surgery today. They really care!! I travelled across the city to come to them and it was worth it! Thank you to the team there!!

I can't say enough about the quality of care given to my dogs by the excellent staff and Vets at North Bluff Animal hospital. My dog is having his teeth cleaned for the first time next month and I am apprehensive about the anesthesia and how it will affect my dog but I have 100% trust with North Bluff Animal Hospital.
update*** My dog had his teeth cleaned and as I anticipated the staff took his care very seriously and monitored him during and after his anesthesia. I felt secure knowing the care and attention to his well being equalled the care I would give him. He came out of his teeth cleaned
