I have had the opportunity at conducting and participating in several Criminal trials, Quasi-Criminal Trials and Bail Hearings. These appearances have allowed me to develop strong skills in Cross-Examination and Submissions in front of Justices and Justices of the Peace. I have appeared in the Provincial Offences Court, Ontario Court of Justice and Superior Court of Justice.
I have also appeared before the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, the Landlord and Tenant Board and various forms of Alternative Dispute Resolution. I have been able to adapt my skillset to allow me to think quickly and fluidly on my feet during these particular matters. These experiences have helped me develop into a strong oral and written communicator.

The law governing the relationship of an employee to an employer, as distinguished from labour law, the law of unionized collective bargaining relationships. Family law is critical to most Canadians as it governs relationships between spouses, and between parents and their children. Civil litigation is appropriate in circumstances where arbitration, mediation, and other forms of informal dispute resolution are ineffective.

Mark Palombi seems like a crook. He quoted me $2000 plus HST and disbursements for a cohabitation agreement. My lawyer did it for $750. Why, in this day and age should anyone have to pay for a will or cohabitation agreement rather than fill one out online? Why should that not hold up in court and need to be drawn up by a lawyer rather than just reviewed by a paralegal at the court house? Shouldn't Canadians have affordable access to the law? The law is a public entity that lawyers have turned into a commodity. This is shameful!
