Nadia is not just an RMT but she also works on alignment and sports therapy. She knows her stuff! I have tight quads and hip flexors, and the worked on my abdominals to help release my lower body. She teaches/consults you on stretches you should be doing every day and follows up with you to make sure as a patient you are taken care of.
