Birchmount Dental is hands down the best dental group I have ever been to. DR Rouah and his assistant Dez are amazing and made me feel like family. I had some serious dental work that needed to be done and they were able to get me in to see them immediately. I wanna say thank you aswell to Sandra she was the one who did all the planning and was the lady who answered when I called for their help.

Dr. Rouah, was called on at Birchmount Dental to take a look at my upper molar which was aching and throbbing periodically. After X Ray and examining he was inconclusive on the tooth. He recommended paying for a 3D to get clarity. It worked and showed a fracture. He did excellent work to get the tooth and roots out.

Just recently had an urgent root canal and extraction done with Dr. Rouah and I have to say the entire experience was stellar. From booking an appointment on the phone with Sandra, to going through the actual procedure, everything was handled expertly and with great care. Awesome team and shiny results!

Dr. Rouah, has a calm easy-going demeanour and truly cares about his patients. I would give him 10 stars except the website doesn’t allow for that. He is a consummate professional. He even checks with his patients after difficult procedures to see how they’re doing. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Since my first initial appointment to my dental surgery that was required has been nothing but an amazing experience. I knew I would need sleep sedation during my treatment due to severe anxiety because of past experiences from previous Dentistry. Dr. Eric Rouah has been my dentist for well over a decade. Just got a text from him today (Saturday) checking up on me as I had a tooth implant done.
I have been to many dentists in my life prior to this, he is the only one I truly trust and the proof is in the excellent care I have received and most stability I have had with my oral health despite not getting any younger;)
There is a reason I trust him and those he works with (specialists he refers me to when needed) as they are top of the food chain in their respective areas.
Despite his experience he seemingly never stops adding to his credentials

Dr. Rouah and his team have been amazing. I had to get a dental implant done and from my experience/observations :
- It is an extremely organized office
- The staff are all very friendly, professional and welcoming
- Dr. Rouah goes above and beyond; he genuinely cares about his patients. After my procedure he checked up on me multiple times, and reiterated he was there if I had any concerns. He’s an awesome doctor.
- Sandra who handles patient care is terrific. She clearly answered all my questions, was always very prompt getting back to me and ensured

I was incredibly disappointed to find out that while Birchmount Dental's website offers "complimentary consultation", the staff themselves will not honour your request to have one. In a world where all healthcare practitioners have tried to adapt to meet the needs of their clients, Birchmount refused my request to simply have the brief consultation over the phone and instead kept trying to push me into booking for expensive services. There's nothing I loathe more than people or businesses that are disingenuous. If I'm going to spend large amounts of money somewhere, I want to make sure it's a place
