Lived at Apartment 803 Salters Gate for just over two years. Appalling smells coming into the apartment from the ventilation exhausts for most of that time. Management were incredibly poor - situation never resolved. Would advise against renting 803 - just saying.

I am not going to even try to pretend to fully understand the relationship between Greenwood lane and the condo building I own a peice of from the construction part of the building to the management piece which we as owners have them hired to do. But from what I do know from them being the developer to now being our hired management company. I have been happy with them and only heard good things. The super we have hired to take care of the building could not get any better. He is employed by Greenwood as well. Great company to do business with from all I can tell.
