Just one word to describe them..."WORST", in entire Red deer. These people just do daylight robbery, they never ever give your deposit back , instead will charge you extra by making up extra expenses. I wouldn't want to give even 1 star for this cheating business. People don't go to them.

Honestly, believe EVERY SINGLE NEGATIVE REVIEW!!!! Had I read them first I would never have applied for a rental from them. Just all of the no's. All of them. The only good experience was I was able to get my money back in full after THREE trips to the office for a cashable check. Just no. 1000/10 would NOT recommend.

Awful. Just awful. Repair issues were identified through the initial walk through and I was told they would be fixed right away. Nothing has been done so far. I discovered that the dryer doesn't work shortly after moving in and I have left several emails and phone messages pleading with them to come and fix it but they will not get back to me or even acknowledge my existence. I've barely been renting from them for a month and I can't wait to leave.

I will be keeping the farthest distance possible from this company forever. If you are a tenant of Red Key Realty I offer the following warning...my experience is this company views their tenants security deposit as a source of profit. I left my unit in very good condition and the walk-out went quite well. Their agent told me I could expect a small deduction to account for some "touch-ups" which I had no issues with. Later I received an invoice for an astonishing 10 hours worth of "cleaning" totaling $358 (and I want to mention they own the cleaning company also). It took numerous back and forth

When I lived at one of these rental places many years ago... they let some crazy drug addicted weirdos in the same building that caused all kinds of trouble. One of them stole my license plate... I found out when a police officer came to my house and said that my bike had got into a crash even though it was still in the driveway. After calling and talking to red key many times they said they were going to work on a compensation package for me... that was 4 years ago. Still haven't heard anything about that package.
