Very timid, cowardly, weak lawyers. My sons Mother is abusive, I have video evidence, should be a super easy case. Instead, I am dealing with Sudbury lawyers. One second Dhirin at Weaver Simmons is telling their assistant to send me a retainer agreement, next they are calling the opposing party's lawyer and then telling me they are "too busy" before even really looking at anything! Tremendously poor quality, don't waste your time. It seems to me that they are misconducting themselves.

I would avoid these lawyers at all costs. We had a simple Will to be probated as my deceased grandmother had not had her Will updated since 2013.
We met with Linda in late June. Everything seemed fine, I brought every single piece of paper that my grandmother had. Linda told us that she would get the original Will lawyer to sign some documents and she would send off the paperwork.
In mid July, after I - note that I had to contact them - they said that we had to come back in to provide extra details (which we did have the first time, but they never asked for). So we get that done. At this point

After my initial dealings with this firm, which seemed to be going well, I unfortunately can't get this company to call me back. I've left multiple messages and have attempted various ways including telephone calls, emails and attending the office to get Sirois to contact me back and he hasn't responded in any way. Always in a meeting, with a… client, out of the office or his door is closed. Very disappointing and disheartening indeed. I would not recommend anyone use this firm unless, of course, you want to wait around for a response that never comes. I have been waiting for a court date
