Kathryn completed her massage therapy training in 1989 at the Kikkawa School of Shiatsu and Massage Therapy. Since graduation, she has regularly taken post-graduate courses in myofascial techniques, craniosacral, yoga, Trager, and Contemporary Acupuncture. This wide variety of skills enables her to customize treatments to meet your specific health care needs.
I always recommend you take a beginner Yoga class with a qualified instructor. Once you have that base this book and yoga deck is a great way to motivate you to do yoga at home. This book is an easy to understand guide to a daily 15 minute routine to prevent and treat repetitive strain injuries of the arm, wrist and hand.
