Nicole from Humphrey's was super quick to respond to my phone call where I was in desperate need for a quick Commercial Appraisal in order to satisfy a condition of financing for a client. The company is professional and the receptionist was very kind but this review is solely for Alex. It was a rushed deal and had to be done within a small amount of time which is much harder to do in the busy real estate market that we're currently in. Alex completed the appraisal within 4 days and had the report in my hands within 6. Some appraisal companies would've taken a month to complete the appraisal. I'm very happy and I was able to close the deal because of it. Give her a call!

They did our appraisal and I have serious doubts about their appraisal skills. They appraised value of my Freehold Brand new Town SAME as 400 Sq.ft smaller, Condo Town. Never able to justify the reason. I ended up paying Tens of Thousand from my pocket. Very poor Analytical Skills. communication is very good but stay away if you can.

I needed an appraisal done quickly in Burlington, ON and Humphrey's Appraisal Services was the only company able to accommodate my request. Donna Peters took my call and found an appraiser available right away and promised the report within days. It was completed and sent to the lender even sooner than promised. The appraiser, Danielle Baker, was quick to respond, communicated well with my client and did an overall excellent job.
