Our staff can give you directions to our clinic over the phone so that you are able to find the quickest route possible. We place people in order of arrival i.e. first through the door is first seen with the exception of emergency patients.

Sometimes a patient may be seen ahead of you because their life depends on it - they may not always be obvious; some cats are still able to walk around even though they are unable to urinate and are called blocked - the longer they wait, the more their bladder fills and toxins build in in their system as well as electrolyte imbalances that affect their heart.

We perform many diagnostic procedures in-house, which means we can often give you immediate answers regarding your pet's health and start treating your pet quicker.
