All tax slips (such as T3, T4, T4A, T4AOAS T4AP, T5, T5013, T2202, RRSP and many more) you received in the mail (and let us know about any slips you thought you should have received but didn't). Summary and supportive receipts for accounting fees, investment counsel fees, and interest on money borrowed to earn income.
In order to accurately complete your financial statements and tax return, it is important for us to be able to confirm each of your balance sheet accounts by agreeing them to documentation that supports the balance. Electronic copy of bookkeeping data (export information to Microsoft Excel - Please provide electronic copy of Trial Balance and General Ledger).

Does anyone else feel like this company is slowly shutting down?, Bare minimum service, and Brian NEVER returns calls, or emails. I also overheard him and his receptionist discussing another client in a less than favorable light, and heard the phrase "dyke" come out of Brian's mouth. And why do I always get the impression that Brian is lying to me? He says only what he thinks I want to hear. His receptionist is just this side of trailer park, and seems drunk most of the time. My invoices are never correct, and anything I drop off in that office falls into a black hole, and is never seen again.
