My dentist is in winnipeg but had a random tooth pain and by wasn't going to make it in to my dentist in time..called these clowns and they assured me they would get me fixed up..
Showed up and spent allot of time waiting both in the front and next in room.. they told my I would require an x-rays.. then finally seeing dentist was told they didn't have time to do anything.. next was time for the bill.. it was outrageous.. I later showed my dentist the following day.. he couldn't understand how they could charge so much and why they would do an xray without first examining the issue.. especially

Unfriendly and no patience for children. i had to be more patient with papers than what they have with patients . instead of trying to persuade the children just try force and then give up. how do you think a child reacts when it is already afraid and then the doctor comes in with anger and violence? i will talk about everyone from going here with children and i will never come back here either. everyone knows how painful a tooth can be, then at least you don't want to leave the dentist hopeless and discouraged

I am very grateful that our little community has a practice where oral surgery can be done. I was very fearful of the procedure that had to be done in a tooth extraction. Randall and every staff person I encountered were exceptional and provided comfort that went beyond their fields of expertise, but also their courtesy and the care given by them personally was and is appreciated.

Overpriced and terrible communication with dental insurance companies.
Boundary Trails sent a quote for my procedure to my insurance company, to see what they would cover. I was told that the insurance company would mail me the coverage info. Three months went by and I received nothing. I became suspicious something was not right and I called Boundary Trails. I was told to contact my insurance company because the problem was on their end. I called my insurance company, and was informed that they had replied directly to Boundary Trails the same day the coverage info was requested. I called Boundary
