Neck pain and neck stiffness can result from tension and/or muscle strain due to injuries, and commonly affects regions near the neck, including the shoulder, jaw, head and upper arms. The term "stiff" neck is often used to describe the pain that results when moving your neck, especially from side-to-side.
Our philosophy is to introduce active gentle exercises as soon as possible to facilitate the maximal recovery. Each patient is individually assessed and evaluated to establish a diagnosis in order to design an appropriate treatment plan based upon the clinical findings.

Regular re-evaluations and progress reports will provide our health care team with the required information to adapt the patient's existing program and, when necessary, make the right referral to other health care professionals.Every new patient in our clinics receives a thorough orthopedic assessment which is conducted by well-trained, registered physiotherapists.
Chiropractic is a health care profession that focuses on disorders of the musculoskeletal system and the nervous system, and the effects of these disorders on general health. Chiropractic care is used most often to treat neuromusculoskeletal complaints, including but not limited to back pain, neck pain, pain in the joints of the arms or legs, and headaches.

Have had issues for a very long time, and im glad that im in good hands. He's a very kind, intelligent and extreme friendly chiropractor. Very knowledgable and attentive about the work he does. I always follow his recommendations without any doubts specially because he's always so invested in wanting to help his patients out. Always recommending him to friends and family.

A terrible massage. Very clinical setting, fluorescent lights on, no music. He set a very loud timer for the whole session so I could literally hear the clock ticking. Not relaxing at all. The therapist seemed like he didn't know what he was doing. Didn't seem like an RMT although I had asked beforehand if all the therapists were RMTs and they said yes. I felt no relief from any tension afterwards. I went here to redeem a credit from an old Groupon, but still paid $50 ($90 total after tax) to upgrade to a full hour from 30 mins, and now I regret even spending the $50. Will never

After much back and forth I purchased an online deal for a 1 hour massage. My RMT showed up almost a half hour late and decided to cut my hour long massage by a half hour. I didn't complain about that however, as I was glad to get out of there. Oddest and one of the most uncomfortable massages I've ever bad.
