Amazing support staff, and gorgeous facilities. Dr Fitzner is very quick, efficient and as painless as possible. The assistant offered me things to keep me comfortable. I had multiple fillings done quickly with partial freezing (didn't need to freeze in the back for a couple so I didn't have to get my tongue numb). Worth traveling for.

My wife went in recently to get a filling fixed since it has caused her some pain while chewing since she has gotten it done. She made sure to mention that she was allergic to mint and to make sure to not use any mint products. She was asked what symptoms she gets and when she listed what ends up happening the Dentist told her that she was in fact "not allergic to mint." He then "rinsed the mint off" of the floss and used it anyway since they didn't have any non mint available. He also told my wife that there was nothing wrong with the filling and that she was being sensitive. So she was in there

Had the best dentist experience of my life. I had a broken tooth and the visit to Dr. Fitzner was fantastic. He and his expert Dental Assistant took care of my tooth repair with care and expert work. I mentioned that it was a painless experience and the tooth feels and looks great. Highly recommended and I am grateful and appreciative for the prompt appointment and the excellent safety measures in place. Our family hadn't been to the dentist for a very long time. I dont particularly like the dentist, from past experience and my kids haven't had any teeth trouble so it wasnt really on the for front of my mind. But being a parent I knew the responsible thing to do was find a family dentist and get us there. My sons were nervous, not really knowing what to expect and Dr Fitzner and his team were the best. This was the best experience I have ever had at a dentist. I am extremely nervous at the dentists due to a bad experience many years ago however when I was forced to go yesterday due to an abscess I walked in asked if someone could see me. From the moment I entered everyone was so kind and caring I ended up needing the tooth extracted and although I was vibrating in the chair everyone took the time to reassure me even helping me calm down with deep breathing.
I even made a appointment for a teeth cleaning.
Great experience.

Staff at The Dental Clinic are fantastic from reception to assistant to dentist. Dr. Fitzner takes your requests and concerns into consideration and only does the work that is necessary. I was in and out in a flash, broken tooth filled and fixed in one visit. Easy peasy.

I've been a patient of Dr. Fitzner's for over 4 years and every experience with him and his staff has been amazing. The brand new office is beautiful, clean and very comfortable. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful and my appointments have always ran on time which is helpful as I travel from Red Deer. Although I have numerous choices among dentists in Red Deer, I continue to make the trek to see Dr. Fitzner because he is the best. I highly recommend Dr. Fitzner and his staff!!

I had extensive surgery that needed to be done. My past dentist overwhelmed me with costs and I didn't go back for a year. When I came to Dr. Fitzner's office, I was treated with care and my costs were not so outrageous. I also love all the ladies here. They are so kind.

We switched to Dr. Fitzners office after my kids were traumatized at another office, it was the best move we made. The staff are amazing and patient with kids and they dont cry now when I tell then they have an appointment at the dentist.

Most of my first experience came with the great hygienist I had. I did not get her name but she was very polite, curtious and helpful. I only saw Dr. Fitzgerald for a quick check up so I have little to judge him on. I am thankful that they are referring me to Perio Partners for future help. The staff at the desk were polite and awesome ladies.

Hands down 5 stars... I have the worst anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist. they did a tooth extraction on a very difficult tooth of mine and not only did they go over what was going to happen twice and things to expect but they explained absolutely every step before it happened so I could mentally prepare myself they reassured me everything was going well and when they had difficulty they explained why and how they were going to fix it. truly I've never had that good of customer care ever, I walked out of the dental office with a smile which after an extraction... that's rare. I highly

My experience is one of admiration of an extremely proficient Dentist, who has brought together a talented team who make a person feel comfortable, in a manner that I must say I really enjoyed my visit and will be looking forward to my next appointment..
I brought a difficult case and they quickly got me in, kept me calm, fixed the problem better than expected, and fast with no pain....
I actually had a fantastic time meeting and getting to know the staff..
