Fletcher Construction is a family owned and operated company located in Brantford Ontario, serving the surrounding area including Paris, Kitchener, Hamilton and Ancaster. Bob Fletcher has been working in the construction industry for over 25 years. Bob worked for many years building custom homes and on commercial sites with Ross Gill, a well known local builder.
In 2004 Bob formed Fletcher Construction and Custom Carpentry. In 2005, Bob's son RJ joined his father. Bob is hands on, working with his crew on all jobs. Because this is a small, family run business, customers get friendly, professional service, and best of all the low overhead makes it possible to pass savings on to you, the homeowner.

Travis spent time explaining the benefit of all the quality products Fletcher uses and where my budget would be best applied, which I really appreciated as a first time deck builder. Shared lots of design options and was on the same page as I am about making the deck and screened in porch seamlessly integrate with the house.

Fletcher construction put my new roof on approximately 7 years ago. We were starting to hear some dripping around the chimney area and wanted to make sure it wasn’t a roof issue. Jeremy from Fletcher Constuction came out promptly to check on this and did a very thorough inspection of our attic and roof. He also provided pictures of everything that he inspected which was great! Thankfully it was not an issue with the roofing and appears to be chimney related. Fletcher construction has been extremely professional, responsive and informative whether it’s installation or inspection related. I highly

Fletcher's Construction was referred to me by my sister who lives in Vienna VA. She had used them a few months earlier to replace her roof. They installed my roof April 2021. I got three bids from top rated firms. Jeremy from Fletcher's blew them away with his calm professionalism, warm demeanor and a far more detailed proposal. Follow up was superb by Jeremy as he returned two weeks after completion to check the work. He found an area above the bay window that needed more work. The crew was out the same day. Sharon in their Finance Dept was a doll and lined me up smoothly.

This is the first time Fletcher Construction has done work for us and they knocked it out of the park! The initial consult was wonderful. They have been the model of professional attitude from beginning to end!
The work was done efficiently and accurately. Edward was the crew lead at the installation and I appreciated the ways he interacted with all of us! He was patient and answered all of my questions. He even paused the work on the sliding door to allow me to spray for ants that were living there.

Alright people. Let's talk about Fletcher. I used them to replace a sliding glass door for my basement and used them for my deck as well as replace my princess balcony. So, three projects.
First, the door. Crew came in and was clean and efficient. After it was installed I noticed, it had the wrong handle on the door. Supposed to have a lock and it didn't. Took 3 months to get the door in (due to COVID) then took another month or so to get the correct handle in and installed. Corey was nice and professional and came out to replace the handle. And has since come out again, to replace the screen
