Purchased my new truck at Coquitlam Chrystler. Candice from Rand & Fowler helped us out on getting the insurance/plates done. She really went the exta mile in helping my wife and I choose the right insurance that we need. She even paid extra effords on making sure we get the number/letter that we love onto the plate. Heard about Frank but I just popped in and got John. Worst experience I have every had and been doing car insurance for almost 30 years. He was rude and abusive and I heard him talk to his coworker and she should never have to put up with his behavior. Absolutely Disgusting behavior!

We moved our auto insurance policies to Rand & Fowler after casually meeting John McIntosh. After a quick discussion, he pointed out many ways we could improve our coverage and save as well with the type of features we have on our vehicles. On renewal, we discussed home insurance and John identified areas where we could improve or were over insured. He made the transition to Rand very easy. John always makes himself available for any questions we have and ideas to mitigate any risk and costs.

I have been insuring my car for past 10 years and I am surprised why I did not come here before. My insurance expired weeks before and I didn't notice until police stop me. I was desperate to insure my car and I did not have my regular agent. I was lucky. The agent who helped me was very patient and answered my concerns. She was knowledgeable and wanted to make sure I know everything. She gave me a lot of information and brochures to read!!! Now I know Leila. I will definitely returne and will ask my friends to do so. Awesome experience .Thank you Leila!

Terrible service, I was charged $270.00 more than the previous time they insured my car which was the same car and policy and no accidents or speeding tickets. The insurance agent told me that Family Insurance raised their rates. I then contacted another agent from another insurance firm and she said that Family Insurance didn't raise their rates and she then proceeded to do my insurance for $250.00 cheeper.than what Rande and Fowler were going to charge me for the exact same policy. Obviously one of Rande and Fowler's agents was purposely over charging me to increase her commission.

Horrible customer service. I would never recommend someone to come here for insurance. The owner was extremely rude and will make you look stupid. I am came in to change my insurance plan and he treated me like a child, and thinks my parents bought me my car and that I am "to young" to understand anything. Very sexist and racist. Don't ever come here, I've never felt so insulted in my life.

I have been a customer of First Western since 1982 when it was Rogers and Frank Insurance. I was a loyal customer then and since it was taken over by Hugh 15 or so years ago I still am. The service there is excellent! Hugh has helped me out more times then I can count. I was once out of town on a Sunday and realized I had expired insurance, I called Hugh on his cell, he hooked me up. Laura and Page are both sweethearts, both excellent to deal with, very knowledgeable.

Hugh is rude and arrogant, commented on my ESL accented English. Good Luck getting future return business from Chinese customers, I want to talk to your Chinese assistants, not you. Who cares if you own the agency, in the future, I will return to Chinese-owned businesses. Good luck in the ever changing Canadian economy.

I have been dealing with them for my insurance for 3 years and i keep coming back to the same place even i moved to surrey.
Hugh is a talker but funny, his daughter is as well very funny and sweet. and the most important thing is that they operate on Sunday too.
It is truth that some people will think that they talk too much, but if you have sometimes to kill then why not go to them and enjoy some funny stories?

Wow. Very pushy and rude service here. Extremely 'in your face' type of attitude here. I took my insurance business renewal else where. I couldn't even leave quick enough. Never will I would come back and won't recommend at all. I'm surprised this is still even open with that type of business because he said he can do whatever because it's "his business". Good luck.

Getting car insurance from here was such a stressful experience. I dealt with Hugh and he was fine when I first came in, but I quickly realized how incredibly unprofessional he actually is. He kept telling me about other clients he helped earlier that day and telling me how much they have to pay for insurance and stuff. I really did not like knowing other people's business because if he was talking about them, there's a chance he'd talk about me to other randoms.
I came from out of province so my process was a little different and he barely took the time to do everything correctly
