I was charged 51.00 on my card without my knowledge after a year of my last visit. no one called me or informed about this. they will just get money from your account just like that. its very frustrating. I don't mind paying but they should have atleast let you know. what if i didn't see that charge and I'm not really paying attention.

Money grab !!
Called for a molar filling and specially asked for a filling appointment.
I Take time off work and when i show up, they look at the tooth and confirm 5 minutes later, what i already told them was needed…. A molar filling. i am charged $73 and asked to book an appointment for the filling and come back later !!!
Such a money grab and time waste !!!

I have been going here for a few years now, everyone is so friendly and non judgemental. Embarrassed of your teeth? They are not... nice feeling when you wana get stuff done. Writing a review now because I have been here last few times with DR.D filling in my cavitys and he is amazing!!!! ... I actually fall asleep and very relaxed. You can tell he takes his time and does a great job. He treats your teeth like there his own! Wish we had more people In the world like that.

Monday was a very big appointment for me. It was finally time to get some work done that has been needed for quite some time. But combined severe dental office anxiety with bad lifestyle choices and the work was put off for far too long! Originally opted for sedation for my appointment (root canal and several extensive fillings) but some last minute changes had sedation removed. I must thank the Appleway team for their abolustely amazing service. The dentist and hygenist were amazing in keeping me calm, and making it all seem like it was no big deal. Very poor visit. Was "sold " on polishing that was not covered under insurance. I asked if the polishing was necessary and they didn't even check to see when i had it done last. It was done the last visit. Also was told on last visit that my coverage didn't include fluoride. When I checked this visit about it , they said I declined it ( why would i decline services that i have coverage for. When asking the receptionist, she mentioned,....you should know what coverage i have....I was also called to move my appt forward . I said , I couldnt....so i was told....well I guess we have to send our hygienist

In 2014 I was informed by the dentist here that I had 9 cavities that all required filling. I’m not great about caring for my teeth but I had been doing better the year previous and I was surprised by this number. I went to a different clinic and was informed that I had only 4 cavities. They would have happily drilled nine holes in my teeth to fill. I’ll never step foot in their offices again.

The Village Mall clinic has become terrible. Sent me a bill several weeks ago, with no explanation, other than shortage of payments. I called to inquire and was told it was a shortage from my insurance company. Knowing my insurance company I wasnt overly surprised. I went in to pay, and as the transaction went through I was informed that they had a… system crash, and their records showed this payment was missing. All of the staff right from Reception to hygienist dental assistant and the dentist himself we’re very welcoming, kind. They were very thorough with their exam and treatment. They were all very willing to answer questions and provide various options for future treatment.
I would highly recommend this practice! And bonus praises for your Reception staff. They are amazing over the phone and convinced me in two seconds that your clinic was the one for me- glad to find out just how right they were.

When I had severe toothaches, not only was I able to get in the same day, but was receiving fillings not even five days later.
The staff are beyond wonderful, knowledgable and have a high level of professionalism. The location is incredibly convenient and I'm beyond satisfied with smile now. I'll be recommending ANYONE in need of help, come here. You'll receive warm smiles and leaving with your best looking one.

Confirmed my appointment two days prior to the scheduled time. Someone called me to change the time right after, I explained this didn't work for me as I have taken time off work and arranged drivers as I need nitrous. So was told they would note it and I could keep my appointment. Got a text message today saying the dentist wouldn't be in the… afternoon now and I needed to come in earlier. An amazing experience from the moment we walked in the door ! Receptionist was so friendly and helpful, our dental assistant was professional and passionate about her job and our dentist took the time to really explain our options.
