Seine River Physiotherapy
We treat all kinds of conditions: sports injuries, fractures, sprains and strains, stroke and traumatic brain injury, vertigo, car accident and work injuries, and much more. Don't know what your diagnosis is? No problem! Physiotherapists are trained not only to prevent and treat injury, but to assess and diagnose it as well.

Acupuncture is a therapeutic treatment used to encourage natural healing, relieve pain and inflammation, and improve function. It involves inserting very fine needles into specific points on the body and works for many different conditions. If you suffer from pain, swelling, or stiffness, acupuncture can help!

Andrea is the owner of Seine River Physiotherapy and has over 20 years of experience in the field of Physiotherapy. She has spent time working as a physiotherapist across Canada and around the world in countries such as Australia and Africa.
What is physiotherapy? Physiotherapy is the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of physical injuries and movement problems. What does that really mean? A Physiotherapist does not require a doctor's referral to assess or treat your condition.

We are extensively trained in muscle, joint, nerve, and ligament anatomy and by taking a detailed history of your complaints and evaluating your movement, strength, stability, and the glide of your joints, we can help determine your diagnosis.Physiotherapists use many different methods to treat physical injuries and movement problems.
The type of treatment you will need depends on the diagnosis causing your symptoms. We use crystal repositioning maneuvers for BPPV and home exercise programs for other conditions. You are not alone. Many people with inner ear conditions do not have a diagnosis, or get a diagnosis simply of "Vertigo".
Acupuncture is a therapeutic treatment used to encourage natural healing, relieve pain and inflammation, and improve function. It involves inserting very fine needles into specific points on the body. These points may be located close to the site of pain or quite far away from it. Acupuncture has been used in China for over 3000 years but only recently (the past couple of centuries) in the Western World.
Massage therapy is the manual manipulation of the soft tissues of the body (muscle, connective tissue, tendons and ligaments) to enhance a person's health and well-being. People seek massage therapy services for a variety of reasons - to decrease pain, relax muscles, rehabilitate injuries, or to reduce stress, anxiety, and depression.

I am going here to deal with my foot problem, What can i say too much time in steel toes, and on concrete floors during the construction of the new building. They were informative, and very detailed about the steps I needed to take to reduce the pain. Over all I am enjoying the place, and am still going to resolve my darn foot problems.
