In 1981, Mark Hodder started construction by doing contract foundation and framing work. As the economy changed, he then moved on to doing window replacements and small renovations. In 1993, he incorporated his business, Hodder Construction (1993) Ltd. Mark and his staff have completed hundreds of building projects.

There are a number of factors that go into estimating how much your regular mortgage payments will be. The most important numbers are the total mortgage amount (the price of the home, less the downpayment, plus mortgage insurance if applicable), the amortization period (the number of years the mortgage payments will be spread across), and the mortgage rate (the rate of interest paid on the mortgage).
First time home buyers do not pay Property Transfer Tax on homes with a purchase price of $500,000 or less. They will however, have to pay full PTT on homes when the property purchase price is more than $500,000. If one or more of the purchasers don't qualify for the exemption, then only the percentage of interest that the first time home buyer(s) have in the property is eligible for the exemption.
