As certified pet medical experts, our staff is dedicated to discovering the root of your pet's health issues. We aim to provide top-quality customer service backed by exceptional pet care. Our high standards enable us to provide the devoted care that your pet deserves. We know trusting your pet's health with a stranger can be difficult, which is why we make our best effort to get to know our pet parents and patients on a more personal level.
We value our pet patients and aim to provide the highest standard of care. With services ranging from routine wellness exams to spay and neuter surgery, our veterinary health professionals can meet your pet's medical needs. Below are some of the many services and procedures that we perform on a regular basis - with the utmost concern for pet wellness and safety.
As usual our hours will be 8:00am - 6:00pm Monday - Friday and 9:00am - 5:00pm on Saturday. Closed Sundays. We will still be closed all Statutory holidays. For all after hour emergencies please call the Boundary Bay Veterinary Specialty Hospital at 604-514-8383. During these hours, we are limiting our capacity to TWO clients at a time within the clinic, this is to ensure the health and safety of our staff and clients.
We are pleased to be able to provide veterinary care 7 days a week, with Dr. Daudjee (owner of South Point Pet Hospital) working Wednesdays and Thursdays and Dr. Grubac working Friday to Tuesday. We understand that clients may prefer to see one veterinarian only. Please state your preference when booking appointments and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Kaitlin joined our team in 2018 as a receptionist and brought with her many years of customer service expertise. She has worked previously with Canada West Veterinary Specialists & Critical Care Hospital. As well, she has many years of managerial experience from her time with White Rock Volkswagen, and we are overjoyed that she has become our office manager as of 2021!

The staff are really sweet and kind.
I took my dog there for a second opinion and saved money. They are reasonable.
I would recommend them. I am happy. Dr. Malhi takes care of my pets and I trust him!
The only thing is I’d like to see a federal program or loyalty program. I go every two weeks for my dogs nails and I’d love to a value added service like this done for free when your dog gets allot of other things done. Just a suggestion.

South Point Pet Hospital has been the Pet Hospital of voice for our two cats Copper and Onyx since we adopted them in May 2009. The first appointment that we booked was with Dr. Grubac and we hit the JACKPOT. She is the most knowledgeable, carrying, professional doctor you could ever meet. She looks after our cats like nobody else could and loves them like they are family - and after 12 years they have become a part of her patient family. Incredible vet! The doctors and staff at South Point Pet Hospital are extremely caring and knowledgeable. I have been coming here for years to ensure that my aging Labrador retriever was healthy all the way through. When it was time to say goodbye to my dog a few months ago, the staff took all the steps to ensure the process was as smooth as possible. They even sent a card with a personalized message after we had put our beloved dog down. They truly care.

Dr. Grubac is the veterinarian to my two cats and she has been consistently wonderful to them, and to us, for many years. Her love for animals is so easily apparent. She is thorough but also mindful of the cost to her patients. The staff are also excellent. They are friendly, helpful and they too are compassionate. I highly recommend South Point Pet Hospital.
