There are approximately 11,000 people in Erin and is primarily a rural municipality. Farming is still an important economic activity, but most of our population works in the nearby cities of Brampton, Mississauga, Guelph, or even Toronto. The headwaters of two major rivers, the Credit and the Grand, rise in our municipality, and we are blessed with rolling hills, forested valleys, and a beautifully scenic countryside.

This was our, or rather my, second encounter with Denise. The first, several years ago when she, among other realtors, presented themselves in a bid to represent my Mom in the sale of her farm. Very impressed with Denise myself at the time, I was disappointed that I wasn’t able to convince Mom that she was the realtor of choice, Mom opted to go with another.
As circumstances would have it, 5 years later, my husband and I were presented with an opportunity that necessitated a quick decision and selling of our family home. Without hesitation reached out to Denise, to see if she would be interested

I was fortunate to be referred to Denise through another local vendor and from day one I was not disappointed. She was able to accommodate my limited availability and put my house on the market within days. There were a large number of viewings and multiple offers which were handled remotely due to pandemic restrictions.
I was very satisfied with the selling price and follow ups that Denise offered as I was not living in the house.
In all, she was extremely professional, available for questions when needed and a pleasure to deal with.

I would be very hesitant to use this agent. I am aware of some customer interaction that has gone on with this person and some of his comments and behavior are beyond comprehension in terms of professionalism and sales skills. Having utilized agents over the years to buy/sell homes, what I have seen with this person's conduct is very bewildering. There is a complaint being made to push some comments up the food chain, but please be careful when signing with an agent. Some are just outright terrible.
