I have been coming here for years and the service has gone down. A couple of housekeeping issues, for some reason, they ask for you to confirm your appointment via text, email and phone and multiple occasions for weeks leading up to the appointment - their systems don't talk to each other. The only way they could figure out how to do this, was to turn off my receipt of email and kick it old school and just call instead. In the years that I've been going there, most of the time it's just a cleaning, a dentist isn't available. I've been taking my son there for years, - since he's been able to go

Thankfully found Dr Tulli at Sherway Dentistry. Full disclosure: Invisalign was for my daughter, and her feedback has been 5stars. Dr Tulli was at every consult and every examination. Cori the office mgr _ awesome to deal with! Price isn't the highest consideration when health / dental is concerned BUT Sherway Dentistry was $2000 less than the other platinum provider on Bloor where the orthodontist would not be dealing with my daughter.

I visited Dr Tuli for a consultation for Invisalign - I wasn't happy with the orthodontist my general dentist sent me to. She and all of the staff were very professional, knowledgeable and respectful. Not pushy at all and very patient in answering all my questions. I'm going ahead with the procedure so will be seeing alot more of them in the coming months.
