I just recently had an encounter with Sheila. Without going into too much detail I was belittled and made a fool of at her own expense, in which she felt the need to involve others in order to try and ridicule me. She was extremely demeaning towards me even flexing her title around, at one point claiming to be a trauma surgeon and didn't have time to "deal with me". I don't normally post reviews, especially bad reviews for that matter, but the treatment and service I was provided by Dr.Sheila was simply distasteful! the only reason I'm posting this review is for people to realize the kind of person

When I first came to the spa, I was treated with kindness and welcomed and the esthetician made me feel comfortable. Obviously due to the pandemic and increased cases, I cancelled two laser appointments as I was feeling sick and on edge. When I informed the spa the first time she understood and moved my appointment but the second time I woke up with headaches And extreme fatigue so I decided to cancel the appointment and obviously waking up to that feeling didn't give me the opportunity to give a 48 hr notice (as I woke up the same day of the appointment feeling off). Highly recommend going to see Sheila at Vistoso Med Spa! I purchased a package with her back in February and started my treatments before the clinic closed due to Covid-19. Once she was able to re-open I booked my appointment right away and felt extremely safe with the safety precautions and sanitation protocols in place. She's also super professional and great to talk to during the appointments.

I purchased a year of laser hair treatments with a Groupon, it was a fantastic deal. Sheila is very knowledgeable and professional, her treatments were thorough and always prompt, which I really appreciated her not wasting my time! I love not having to shave my legs all the time, it was very much worth it!

I purchased the years worth of laser hair removal service through groupon. Was my first time doing laser. Sheila was super friendly and did an excellent job at explaining everything and making sure I was comfortable. I just completed my last treatment and the results are pretty great. My hair regrowth is very minimal to none, although patchy in some areas. I don’t have to worry about ingrown hairs and it cuts the hassle of shaving in half. Would recommend.

I've purchased my Groupon deal almost a year ago and as I'm approaching my last session I want to say thank you to Sheila and her staff. I've read other reviews and was unpleasantly surprised by them. My experience of dealing with Vistoso Spa was 100% positive.
I had few questions before I bought the deal online and I called the place twice, I've got a response from Sheila within an hour. When I had my first session she explained THOROUGHLY all the prons and cons of the treatment. She is very knowledgeable, polite, professional and a very sincere person.

Bought 8 Brazilian laser sessions on Groupon , and it was a complete waste of money. Not sure if it was because I purchased on Groupon or not but it simply did not work one bit.
Pros:
1. The owner is very nice, friendly and extremely knowledgeable
Cons:
1. Its literally impossible to Book an appointment (unless you have no obligations, don't work or have no life.) She will not see you after 5 or from Friday -sunday
2. Seems like a robbery since my sessions lasted on average 4 minutes...for a full Brazilian laser . No attention to detail ,she just hovers the machine BARELY .When I go to

I agree they don't deserve one star! - They take naive people like me from Groupon - they overcharge and they don't really perform any proper treatment!! Not professional at all! I have bought entire year session and they kicked me off after 3 treatments - I went to other SPA and the treatments they have provided was very professional and that's when I have learned difference!

I am astonished at some of the comments some folks have written below about Sheila - I have been seeing Sheila for over a year now and she is one of the most professional and fun people I have known. Her treatments are thorough and I have never felt rushed like other Salons, which in my experience has been the case. Also, she doesn't push you for further treatments if not needed and gives the honest advice. Highly recommend Sheila and her work!!!

I bought a groupon for microdemabrasion for this spa. I called a month and a half before expiration date to book an appointment. I was scolded as to why I was leaving it to the last minute. The woman ( I assume it was the owner) told me that everything was booked for a month and a half.
When I looked up the groupon rules, I could still book in the future , as long as I booked before the expiration date. The lady there was so obnoxious to me. In all my years, I have never been treated so badly.
I do not understand how someone could run a business with such an attitude. I would never ever recommend

I purchased a Groupon for 6 sessions with Sheila at her Vistoso Med Spa and from day 1 she was extremely professional, courteous and very accommodating to my busy schedule. Not only did she stay later than her normal hours just to fit me in she was also kind enough to offer me a free bonus session as a thank you. Last year I started my first laser hair removal. I was very nervous and I had plenty of consults with other Spas, but no one has treated me as good as Sheila has. I just recently finished my last treatment with her, and I can truly say that I'm going to miss her with all my heart. She's so sweet and so understanding.
