I had an appointment booked 6 months ago for a cleaning this Wednesday coming up. I received a voicemail late Thursday and only heard it this morning (Monday, as I was on vacation up north). It was asking me to confirm my appointment for Wednesday. I left a voicemail this morning (Monday)confirming my appointment. I didn’t hear anything so I… followed up again in this afternoon only to hear that they had given my cleaning appointment away. I find this completely ridiculous considering my appointment was 72 hours away! Extremely tasteless business practices and not professional at all

Dr. Heidary and his staff are so kind, caring, and gentle. He fixed a really bad filling that my previous dentist had screwed up twice and his hygienists always do such a thorough job on my quarterly cleanings. They do thorough inspections of your oral tissues to ensure that you don't have any signs of oral cancer or any other issues. This is a wonderful dental office. The atmosphere is so peaceful and calming.
