We have experience with other notaries and this was by far the best service we ever had! Also, his Covid protocols made us feel very safe.

We needed a Deed of Acquittance once our home was paid in full as proof that our home had no liens, loans, etc... for banking purposes, selling purposes, all loan inquiries. Mr. Toledano was very professional, provided us with all the legal forms necessary and the notarized service needed to secure us in this matter. All pertinent legal abiding forms were sent directly from his office to our bank. We are retired and have no worries for our future. Even afterwards when we misplaced a copy of a form, (for our files) he quickly emailed them to us.

This is the third time using Me David Toledano for notary services and it's been great as usual. He was punctual, professional and very organized. David handled the purchase of a condo for me. Can't recommend him enough, courteous, speedy and great communication throughout the entire process.
I see a few reviews on here complaining about pricing but in my experience he was one of the most affordable notaries around and there were no surprises whatsoever throughout the process.
Highly recommend, I'll be back myself next purchase.

Please be aware of this man. This was the WORST experience I have ever had. He is unprofessional, rude and will overcharge you by a crazy amount. He does not know how to treat his clients, he is never prepared for meetings and made us wait around for hours while he disappeared somewhere. I hope this helps anyone looking into this notary to go elsewhere. We were even quoted a fair price but at the end he came up with all these lies as to why the bill was 4X higher. I agree with all the reviews -RUN.

If you want someone who well knows the law, who well knows various legal proceedings, who tackles the job at hand in a timely manner, who offers clear and correct explanations to clients, who keeps his clients informed and apprised of situations, who well represents his clients in difficulties, who is true to his word, and who does not overcharge, you'll want to hire another notary.
