Pivot is a private lender established in 2015. We strive to address the borrowing needs of small to mid sized enterprises in Canada, companies with 1-100 employees and $1-$100 million in revenue. Pivot has no defined lending criteria or industries it will not consider. We start with a blank canvas to try and tailor a financing structure that suits the specific requirements of each one of our clients.

Services
Pivot is an asset manager that deploys funds on behalf of institutions, retail investors, high net worth individuals, its management team and shareholders. We seek out favourable risk return lending opportunities through prudent credit assessment and diversification targeting lower mid market borrowers in Canada.
Proceeds from the 1.5 year committed facility were used to acquire Cochrane Telecom Services and provide capital to expand the network. Headquartered in Toronto, Ontario, POMEGRAN and its subsidiary EION Inc., are an original equipment manufacturer of wireless networking products and also operate a regional internet provider branded IceNet Wireless, in Newfoundland.
Pivot partners with alternative lenders by offering debt or equity capital and by providing strategic and operational support. Brightpath provides first and second mortgages on owner-occupied homes in the Ontario market. Brightpath caters to borrowers who are self-employed, new to Canada, experiencing credit issues, or have a need for short-term bridge financing due to extraordinary circumstances.
