Most of our patients even visit our office from outside the Scarborough area.

Nevermind the medical work done. The front office people are fantastic. So nice to come in to welcoming faces and pleasant interaction. It makes such a difference as opposed to what I get at other medical offices. I know they're overworked but dr Ron's people don't put their stress on you. Look forward to see you next time.

What can I say, Dr. Richardson is the best Dentist in the universe. Dr. Richardson has been my dentist for 20 years now, he continues to make me laugh all these years with only his humour not laughing gas haha! Dr. Richardson is very thorough and truly cares about each and every single one of his patients. Dr. Richardson’s dental office has amazing core values and he continues to share his wisdom and knowledge through his associates and fellow dentists. I love when I get my cleanings and checkups. The BEST dentist ever! Friendly, informative, gentle, reassuring and so professional with my children. Dr. Friedman is a wonderful addition to the office. I was impressed from the moment I made the call to get an appointment. Alma was so excellent and knowledgeable. She put me at ease right away.
Once I got to the office I met her and Heather and Afroza. They are tip top professionals and I feel trust and confidence in their presence.
Dr. Richardson is a highly competent professional. His teaching style is engaging, he is gentle and kind. I felt respected, he listened to me, his advice is worth gold and I will follow it.

Their computers were down during my visit, so please take that into consideration:
- visited Dr. Ron Richardson's clinic for a sore tooth
- computers and x-rays were down
- I waited 45 minutes while filling out the questionnaire forms for 2nd time
- after a short exam (estimate around 2 minutes, no longer than 5), I was charged $133 for the visit and told I need a root canal, performed at another clinic
- at the other clinic, an x-ray was taken, the endodontologist examined my tooth and concluded that a root canal cannot be done, have to go to another clinic for tooth extraction
- I asked

I just had my first consultation with Dr. Richardson, and I was very impressed! He's positive, fun, and caring. He gave me a really in-depth explanation of what's going on with my teeth. With dentists in the past, I didn't get a full understanding of the issues as well as a look at detailed X-Rays and charts. The other staff were also super nice! I'm actually looking forward to going back.

In the past I haven't enjoyed going to the dentist--because who does? But I actually ENJOY going to the dentist here, because the atmosphere is so friendly.
Dr. Richardson always seems to be extra-thorough, and explain everything really well to me, which I appreciate. He'll also make you laugh and smile, and he seems to be good friends with all his staff, which is so nice.
His staff seems good, too, although make sure to ask if all the X-rays they try to take are necessary, because that's just a good policy for going to a dentist.
