Ever since I was young, I knew I wanted to be a dentist as clean teeth and healthy smiles are my passion. My dental education started with obtaining a Diploma of Dental Technology with Honor in 1996. Right after I entered Moscow State University of Medicine and Dentistry and obtained my Bachelor's Degree in 2001, followed by an internship at the same university.
During your first visit, one of our experienced dentists will give you a thorough oral exam and check the condition of your teeth and gums. In most cases, our dental hygienist will also perform an advanced dental cleaning to reduce plaque and bacteria that your toothbrush can't reach. This will also give your teeth a nice polish so they appear healthy and refreshed.
One of the most important steps toward maintaining excellent oral health is to have regular dental check-ups and thorough teeth cleanings. Our practice offers comprehensive oral exams and routine dental cleanings, as well as deep cleanings and fluoride treatments when necessary. Our goal is to identify any potential problems as early as possible and help keep your teeth and gums fresh and healthy.
We directly bill your insurance and accept all major insurance plans and government plans. If you are not covered, we have instant financing available with easy monthly payment plans. We take the time to listen, understand and communicate with our patients helping them relax. We understand some of us may have anxiety beyond our control.

Just had a check up and cleaning with these guys for the first time. the front receptionist Betty was super helpful, and patient. The lady who took my X-rays was also a blast too talk too! Last but definitely not least was Chuck my hygienist, Great guy and made me feel welcome the whole way through and was super delicate on cleaning my teeth. Great Place!

I’ve visited RMD 7 times (March-July 21’) and all visits been very comfortable because of amazing Dr. Anand and as well Dr. Oksana. Also assistants and ladies on reception are doing great job. No matter how financially frustrating can be dealing with this issues in Canada, you definitely get what you pay for. Would recommend for Banff area at any time.

Dr Chobal is the best dentist I've ever had. He's patient and he listens and he's very good at explaining things. He has never gotten frustrated with me from my bombardment of questions. Quite the opposite actually. He has always taken the time to talk with me about what's going and what needs to get done and the possibilities. He is also very well versed in TMJ and is very gentle! If you live in Canmore or Banff, I highly reccomend him!

Ive always recommended Rocky Mountain Dental because of how amazing Dr Choubal is. My family has been going here for a few years now, in the beginning it really was amazing, everyone was so professional, friendly and knows what they're doing.
But the past year has been a complete opposite, the staff and service has definitely changed.
Receptionist managed to screw up most of my appointments and the communication was just terrible. I was scheduled for a filling, but was shoved into cleaning instead without explaining why. I recently got a mouth guard from them too, and for my after care the dental

I really love coming to this dentist office! Everyone does a impeccable job and does their best at making you feel welcome and at peace with your visit. Going to a dentist isn’t the best experience one can do in a day but it usually is a must! So if you would like a one of the best experiences at a dentist office I really recommend Rocky Mountain Dental!!!

Went in for an emergency appointment in early May to get a tooth extracted that had cracked all the way through. They contacted me right away and got me in ASAP without any trouble. Painless procedure, and only experienced pain the day of once the freezing wore off later on. Dr Choubal kept me very informed during the procedure. I went to bed that night and woke up the next day feeling as if nothing happened, and had no pain or discomfort. I hadn't been to the dentist without my Mom in years, usually I just go in get the work done and leave. This time I came as an adult and realized there was a lot more to the process. Dr. Lee and his team were AMAZING. They took the time to explain each process, the price points and where each fit within my benefits. I left feeling educated and knowledgable for future dental endeavors. They were kind, gentle with the work I had done, we even had some laughs. BIG thank you to Rocky Mountain Dental and the team their. Makes me wish I visited sooner.
