Avoid this insurance broker at all cost. They messed up my auto insurance which I paid up front and I now have to wait for ICBC to send me a refund for the discount that was not applied. They did the same to my son's insurance last year and he had two insurance payments go through only days apart which put him in a tough financial situation for the month. ICBC was a little surprised that they would mess up like this and were going to reach out to them for training. BE WARNED!!

By and far the worst insurance agency i have had the displeasure of dealing with. No smiles, no hello, no nothing. I ended up leaving without doing anything as the women in this office refused to actually help me. I wanted to deal with a smaller independent broker like B&W, but after this sad excuse for service, i will be dealing with the big brokers like Westland....at least they know how to provide customer service.

I was in a couple of weeks ago, just before closing. There was an issue that needed to be resolved and they went above and beyond what was expected. They easily could have told me to come back the next day but they were able to figure it out right then and there. Shirley and Miranda were very professional and a pleasure to do business with.

Horrible. Not only is the service the worst and most inconsiderate you will ever receive, they will mess up your insurance paperwork and do some real damage. Paid for condo insurance in full, asked for the paperwork and fine print, they refused to provide it because it was "too hard to scan". They are the epitome of laziness at all locations and then they lose documents and accuse you of not paying. When you follow up WITH proof of payment, they tell you it's resolved and then they repeat the same thing 3 months later and in the process damage your credit. Unless you want to be dealing
