I would NOT recommend this vet. The receptionists are so rude an unhelpful. It's like you're bothering them by asking them to do their jobs. For example, they couldn't even get us a prescription for pills for our dog who just had surgery (elsewhere) in the same day. My husband ha to make a fuss for them to do it.
They also misdiagnosed his torn ACL. At first, they said it was hip arthritis when really he had a torn ACL. They made us do pointless expensive x-rays to verify this. The specialist that did the surgery in Montreal said that x-rays weren't necessary. "A good vet should of known right

If 0 stars was possible, they would get 0 stars. They basically let our dog die and did not take her for urgent care. If they had taken care of our puppy, we would not be grieving. They clearly stated that they took urgent care but that was just a blatant lie. Don't lie and be better next time.

I have been taking my pets here for years and I love the staff. Everyone is friendly and kind! I am thankful for their care especially lately for my cat Anderson "Cooper" who suffered a terrible accident and had a very badly burnt paw and leg. His care has been ongoing and they have been wonderful.Thank you Chapel Hill from myself and Cooper.

The doctors and all techs are amazing. they are friendly knowledgeable and really love animals. no matter how busy they are and believe me they are busy they always take and make time for everyone. they make… sure all their patients have the best care and love. our cat bailie is fully checked each year. our beautiful jade was diagnosed with cc us. she was then refered to animal emergency and specialty hospital who are also amazing jade is recovering quickly and coming back to her loveable pain free self. thank you all so much.

My Pug had dental surgery this past summer. The staff were very good, even called me at work to update me during the surgery.
He has been on medication ever since (unrelated to his dental), and the staff at CHVC are so wonderful every time we come in to pick up his meds.
We have been using this vet for over 15 years and will keep using this vet! Thanks Dr. Rozon :)

I had a few scheduling issues which ended up delaying my dog's surgery and she went into heat before her spay surgery. I was a little upset about this but when I re scheduled after her cycle, without asking, they charged me the same amount as it would have been the first time. When I first came in to drop her off, the bill was higher but at pickup, they had remembered me and my dog and reduced the price. I found that very nice of them to do that and felt good leaving there knowing that they had remembered me and my dog and not just treated us like a "number". I would recommend them for sure. I

We've been taking our pets here ever since we moved back to Ottawa, plus the first time we lived here. All 3 vets and all the techs are awesome!! We've mostly had our pets seen by Dr Rozon. We went through a difficult time with Jasmine, first with having a cancer tumor removed and then when she was diagnosed with DCM, all of the staff was very accommodating and very sympathetic to her needs and to ours!! We would never take our pets any other place <3 <3
