The pine tree is a strong symbol of thriving, wisdom & longevity, and behind it stands a strong history of healing & wellness. In history, ancient tribes regarded the pine tree as sacred as the needles and sap were used as medicine against illnesses. The tree is a symbol of strength and resiliency, as the various pine species can withstand cold and snow as well as rocky soil, wind, and drought.
Lymphatic care for lymphatic system dysfunction and manual lymphatic drainage for pre/post surgery, cosmetic surgery and non- surgical cosmetic procedures. A biopsychosocial approach to treating pain is taking into consideration the whole person, not just the symptomatic areas of pain. Working together with you, as a team.
I was pretty messed up mentally and physically from all the work I was doing at the treatment facility. I was dealing with overwhelming feelings of trauma and I couldn't get a grip on the 12-step program even though I've been in it for 33 years, on and off. I just couldn't let go of or accept certain things that were going on in my head.
Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a rhythmic, light pressure technique that follows the drainage pathways of the body's lymphatic system: lymph, interstitial fluid and synovial fluid. The slow, repetitive, rhythmic nature of these techniques also decreases pain perception and the effects in the sympathetic nervous system throughout your body.

Allison was the first RMT I have been to, other than a relaxation massage at a spa... I was initially scared of an RMT massage as I didn't want it to hurt. Allison was soo unbelievably professional and kind and respected the fact I was scared. She is also very knowledgeable. I was extremely sore from a MVA, and started seeing Allison bi-weekly for treatment. It really helped. I will be continuing to see her for regular massages to help with posture and pain! She is simply WONDERFUL!
