Danielle Daroux mediates Family Disputes for self-represented parties and for individuals who have lawyers. It is important to make parenting arrangements that are in your children's best interests if you separate or divorce. When making these arrangements, you and the other parent need to make a lot of decisions.
When parties are unwilling or unable to resolve a dispute on their own, one good option is to turn to mediation. Mediation is generally a short-term, structured, task-oriented, and "hands-on" process. In mediation, the disputing parties work with a neutral third party, the mediator, to resolve their disputes.
