Disappointed. It’s been just a little over 2 years my mother went there for new dentures. We’ve gone back a few times pre-COVID for adjustments as they just were not fitting right. And they STILL DO NOT FIT RIGHT. But because of COVID my mom doesn’t want to go back up there so we paid for dentures that she can’t use. It’s a shame because I did a lot of research prior to choosing SOUTH WEST ONE for my moms dentures. I guess we either got someone on a bad day or they didn’t care because she is an elderly or I don’t know.....

I had very bad experience with this clinic, they told me that my treatments is covered by the insurance and they didn't provided me with any estimated costs, after that they said oh it's not all covered and made may pay more than 60% of the treatment because my insurance covers the rest.
You need to take written confirmation proves what you need to pay PRIOR the treatment, anything may change and the doctor has no idea about the financials.
