I went to these guys because they do underwriting for beacon motorcycle policies. They are really easy to deal with over the phone, and their motorcycle guy (Curtis) currently works Wednesday through Sunday. I still go through them for managing my beacon policy, even though I moved to Vancouver a couple of years ago!

We had the pleasure (or lackthereof) of dealing with Leanne.
Terrible customer service, she was incredibly rude to my elderly grandparents and myself. We had some simple requests, and for some reason she felt it necessary to make them very difficult to accomplish. A simple transfer of ownership and new set of plates for a vehicle took almost an hour and a half to accomplish, mainly due to the fact that she had to argue with us over the sale price of the vehicle(which I am not sure why she thought this was any of her business in the first place)

Fast and friendly service as always. My boyfriend and I will only deal with Mountainview as they have their s**t together when it comes to insurance. The employees are will to sit down and discuss options with you instead of pushing you along and then out the door. Nothing seems like an inconvenience to them, the way I've been made to feel at my previous insurer. Of you want to deal with knowledgeable and friendly insurance staffers check this place out.

Have been a client since they opened. They are always willing to go the extra mile for the customer. Very pleased with the service that they provide.
Sorry to have to edit this however an agent there pawned my wife off to another agent midway through renewing her car insurance. In the ensuing confusion some how she ended up with her insurance being downgraded to the most basic coverage possible. This only came to light when after an accident ICBC informed my wife that she was not covered atequetly. Trenton however remains to be a class act.

Amazing service, always above and beyond. Trenten and his crew really know their game. I have vehicle, boat, trailer, house, business and liability insurance products through them. I call them up and they are on it searching for the best product for my needs. Trenten even comes to me when I am too busy to come to his office. Highly recommended.
