Jenelle is a registered massage therapist with 19 years experience and is the owner of Knowles & Associates Massage Therapy Clinic. She is also a certified reflexologist, and Hot Stone provider. Jenelle has a treatment-based practice and excels in rehabilitative massage therapy for various overuse injuries and conditions.
Massage Therapy is the manipulation of the soft tissues of the body including muscles, connective tissue, tendons, ligaments and joints. Massage therapy helps alleviate the soft tissue discomfort associated with everyday and occupational stresses, muscular over-use and many chronic pain conditions.
Reflexology is an ancient Chinese therapy that uses pressure-point massage on the feet to restore the flow of energy throughout the entire body. It is based on the premise that there are reflexes in our feet that relate to every organ and part of our body.

By stimulating these reflexes with pressure and manipulation, nerve function and blood supply are improved which may alleviate stress and other health problems, and brings needed nutrients to poorly functioning areas of the body. This can help restore balance throughout the body.
Sports massage has a number of benefits including preventing injury, restoring mobility to injured muscle tissue, boosting performance, reducing lactic acid build-up, maintaining the body in competitive condition and extending the life of your athletic career. Deep tissue massage can be used as a full body therapy to aid in the reduction of muscle tension, increase in circulation, lymphatic flushing, and improved nervous system functioning.
Hot Stone Massage is a treatment in which heated basalt stones are used to massage the body as well as placed in various areas along the spine to facilitate relaxation. The deep moist heat from the stones during this massage process aids in providing a deeper penetrating and more relaxing massage.

Just had my first session with Cory and it was one of the best massages I’ve had. He was highly professional, friendly, and took care to provide detailed attention to problem areas — from the start, I knew I was in excellent, well-educated hands. I’ve been looking for a new RMT in the Burlington area and am thrilled to have found this clinic. I can turn my neck again!
