Everyone here is so helpful and kind. The wonderful people at reception are always pleasant to communicate with, both over the phone and in person. Two years ago I was walking with a cane and in constant pain from my knee. Through a combination of weight loss and weekly physio, I am now walking almost 15 km/day, do not use a cane, and experience very little discomfort thanks to my amazing physio team here at West Point Grey Physio. Martyna, my physiotherapist is very professional yet warm and sympathetic to each individual's needs. She established a weekly routine of various modalities including moist heat, acupuncture, ultrasound, interferential current , massage and other treatments, that all worked to provide healing and increased mobility
