Representing a Yukon First Nation in an appeal by the Chief Coroner against a decision of the Supreme Court that an Inquest into the death of a citizen be held. Court of Appeal ruled in favour of First Nation. Representing a Yukon First Nation in an application that the Chief Coroner hold an Inquest into the death of a citizen who died as result of failures in the health care system.
