Pheasant Hill is currently renovating our 1947 character home. I knew we made the right choice with them right from the start, but overhearing the (professional and friendly) guys working on the exterior today confirmed it. I heard Rob say "to avoid damaging it, we just need to be extra gentle on the stucco and do our best".
