Born in Trois-Rivires, Quebec, Roger moved to Shawinigan at an early age and then to Cornwall when he was 12. In 1970 he moved to Ottawa to attend the University of Ottawa, where he obtained a B.A. in Political Science and subsequently earned his LL. He was a partner in two law firms in Gatineau, where he was involved with family law, criminal law, real estate, personal injuries and litigation.
In the early 1980s, he joined Bell Canada as legal counsel, where he gained valuable experience in corporate and regulatory law. Since 1985 he has been in sole practice in Orleans, concentrating on commercial law, contracts, real estate, and more recently, wills. He now specializes in wills, and making sure that estates remain within the family to the maximum extent possible.

Services
We are often asked if it is possible to do the legal work in real estate transactions and the preparation of wills. While it is possible to do some of the work of buying and selling a home yourself, only a lawyer can register the deed and the mortgage. In the same way as you are wiser to enlist real estate professionals than trying to do all the work yourself, a lawyer will take the legal worry out of your transactions.
Please find below our prices for the preparation of Wills and Powers of Attorney. Please note that we encourage you to take advantage of our all-in-one solution package of all three documents. Please fill out the background section of the questionnaire, found on our website, prior to meeting with our lawyers.
