A great dental office, generally. The hygienist I had before my last visit was very accommodating, I am pregnant. She did the cleaning while standing up, which I so appreciated. My last hygienist, laid me on my back at 7 months pregnant. I am not one to complain, but at one point I literally couldn't tolerate it anymore, so I had to ask to move. She pushed the chair up a bit, yes it was better, but still not a pleasant experience. The clinic may want to review how pregnant women generally should not lay flat on their backs for long periods of time, due to lack of blood flow. I know dental hygiene

In all honesty, like many of my friends, I am a bit squeamish about dental visits. Dr. Sanjay Agrawal and his professional and dedicated staff have always taken time helping me overcome my fears. When I walk in to their office, I always feel warm and welcoming. Dr. Agrawal is gentle, knowledgeable and takes time to explain the procedures in simple language. Our family is glad to be treated by Dr. Agrawal and his team.

Absolutely the worst dental experience I’ve ever had Fanshawe Park location ! They were super nice at first booked me in for an “emergency” visit when my tooth was throbbing in pain and a new patient exam all the same day . I get there and it takes 45 min to do X-rays while the dental assistant had to keep asking for help because she doesn’t know… how to do them. After which the dentist tells me she doesn’t have time to do my filling because she has another patient . She’s also not too sure what my insurance covers so she will give me pain meds go home

The Southwood Dental staff at Colonel Talbot greet you on entry and you will feel the warmth and caring right from the beginning. They transfer you from there to Dr. Agrawal, who is one of the nicest Dentists that I have met. He is very knowledgeable and explains everything in details as he treats you. He is extremely patient and on numerous occasions has provided best solution to my teeth. I am completely satisfied with his professional skill and knowledge when treating me.

I have been a patient of Southwood Dental for over 10 years, and if I could give them more than 5 stars I would! Truly the best dentists I have ever been to; the staff is always so accommodating, kind and compassionate. I have been treated by all their doctors, who are all extremely knowledgeable and will let you know your options given any presenting issue. Preservation of natural teeth is very important to them and thus the more invasive treatments are only done if absolutely necessary. Thank you Southwood for consistently going above and beyond to provide my family with outstanding dental care

My family has been coming to Southwood Dental for the past 9 years. Every visit we feel welcomed, staff are always pleasant and helpful. Dr Agrawal is amazing and treats us like family. My kids have dubbed him as Dr. Awesome. They enjoy their appointments even when they have to get a filling. He is gentle and patient , so much so that my six year old has fallen asleep twice getting a filling. Best dental clinic I have ever been to! I highly recommend for all your dental needs.

I just had the most wonderful cleaning at Southwood Dental. My hygienist was extremely gentle and informative, making sure that I was comfortable throughout the process. Dr. Sanjay Agrawal and his staff are very compassionate and caring. My fear of dentists was put to rest within minutes of my first visit.

Southwood dental studio is an amazing clinic. I loved all their high tech equipment! The hygienists are very caring and friendly. When it came time to do a filling, Dr. Agrawal was very experienced and knowledgeable. He's the best dentist I've ever had. I would highly recommend this clinic to all my friends and family. After not going to the dentist for over 10 years, I finally took the plunge and setup an appointment back in October. Since then, I've spent a lot of time at the Kilally office with Dr Stevens, and he's completely repaired my teeth, giving me a smile I'm finally proud of. Dr Stevens, Waddy, Lilly and Ivonne are a dream team, and have treated me like family, doing anything it takes to make sure I'm comfortable and well taken care of. Seriously, they're the best.
